SHIPPING POLICIES
Our product prices do not include shipping costs; these are additional and charged to the customer based on the delivery address entered during the purchase process.
Shipping is provided by specialized courier companies. Mon Amaranto does not employ delivery drivers or have any involvement in the internal processes of these companies. Therefore, once you receive the tracking number via email, you must contact the chosen courier company to track your package using their contact methods.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide clear and sufficient information so that the contracted parcel company can deliver the contracted service in a timely manner.
Only clarifications and changes that do not involve additional shipping costs can be made, since if there are any, they must be covered in full by the customer.
Any error or oversight on the part of the customer in the selection of collection or shipping options is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the customer.
SHIPPING COST
Shipping costs vary depending on the address entered during the purchase process; we have restrictions in some cities in the Mexican Republic.
MONTERREY AND METROPOLITAN AREA
For local deliveries in Monterrey and the metropolitan area, we have restrictions on shipping sizes and weights.
For guides from 0.00 to 5.00 kg - $85.00 plus VAT.
Local deliveries are handled by Quiken, so delivery times are beyond our control. Once the package is picked up, it will be delivered within 1-2 business days.

NATIONAL
We ship throughout Mexico via DHL; restrictions apply to some cities. The shipping label generated is for express delivery, so delivery times are 1-2 days depending on DHL's coverage area to the registered address.
For guides with the following dimensions in weight and/or volume, we have the following prices:
- 0.00 to 5.00 kg - $215.00 plus VAT
- 5.01 to 7.00 kg - $250.00 plus VAT
- 7.01 to 9.00 kg - $300.00 plus VAT
- 9.01 to 10.00 kg - $350.00 plus VAT
WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS FOR SHIPMENTS
For shipments over 10.01 kg, the system will automatically communicate if the maximum weight is exceeded, and if so, in weight and/or volume, it must be quoted manually.
If this limit is exceeded, you may be charged per extra kg and it may even be double or triple shipping, depending on the case.
SHIPPING TIMES
All shipments are processed and delivered on business days between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Once the deposit is confirmed, the package is prepared and its pickup will be scheduled 1-2 business days later.
The collection of an order by the courier company may take up to one business day later than scheduled.
*Shipping companies do NOT offer shipments or deliveries on weekends and holidays.
IMPORTANT: If orders have been shipped but are not received by the customer, the product will be returned to our facilities and the customer will have to cover the shipping costs again.
PRODUCT CLARIFICATIONSIt's important to note that our products do not contain preservatives, so you should store them in a cool, dry place. Do not expose them to sunlight or heat.
RETURNS
All our sales are final. We do not offer returns.
Product exchange will only be made if the product's expiration date has passed (ONLY VALID FOR 5 CALENDAR DAYS ONCE THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN SENT).
If this happens, Mon Amaranto will cover the shipping costs of the products, sending you the corresponding guide for the new package.
